Miracle of Aspirin for Cancer
Researchers at the QIMR Berghofer Medical Research Institute in Queensland, Australia, reported that 90 percent of deaths from cancer were caused by cigarette smoke, exposure to sunlight, weight gain, malnutrition and alcohol.
According to a study published in Australia and New Zealand’s “Public Health” magazine, the most effective methods include breastfeeding and regular use of aspirin.
To reduce the risk of developing cancer, the recommendations were as follows:
1- “Leave the cigarette, this abandonment habit that causes the accumulation of tar and DNA changes in the lungs causes many deaths from cancer every year, avoid harmful UV rays.
2. Adopt a diet that is restricted to red meat. Red meat reduction is helping to prevent colon cancer, according to a survey of men’s daily consumption of red meat recommended for 30, 25 grams for women.
3- Consuming important fibrous nutrients in terms of bowel health. In advanced countries, high rates of colon cancer are caused by processed foods, while on the other hand, these rates are low in African countries, which are predominantly fed by pulses.
4- Two servings of fruit per day and three servings of vegetables are considered magical numbers of balanced nutrition. Avoid excessive weight and obesity.
5. Obtain vaccination to prevent death from infection-induced cancer and go through regular health checks.
6- Stay away from alcohol that causes death from liver, intestine, breast and mouth cancer.
7- Move. Sitting all day and doing less than an hour each day increases the risk of cancer death by lowering the immune system and hormone levels.
Breastfeeding. Researchers have reported that breastfeeding reduces the likelihood of getting cancer for a year. Use aspirin regularly. “
